We host an intimate group of 15 to 20 women, creating a spacious, calm, and thoughtfully personalized experience.

Investment for these journeys typically ranges from $3,500–$6,500 depending on destination and accommodations.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Our policies are designed to protect the integrity of our intimate, small‑group experiences while offering transparency, ease, and peace of mind.

Deposit & Confirmation

A 25% non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. This deposit reflects our advance commitments to boutique venues and specialist providers and is applied toward your total journey investment.

Final Balance

The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the journey start date.
If the final balance is not received by the due date, your reservation may be cancelled.

Guest Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email. The effective date of cancellation is the date your written notice is received.

More than 90 days prior

• You may cancel your booking.

• Your 25% deposit remains non‑refundable.

• Any partial payments made will be refunded to the original form of payment.

60–89 days prior

• 75% of the total journey investment is non‑refundable.

• Your 25% deposit remains non‑refundable.

59 days or fewer

• 100% of the journey payments is non‑refundable.

Name Changes & Transfers

You may transfer your booking to another guest up to 7 days prior.

Rescheduling or Cancellation by Us

In the rare event we must cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, venue closures, or government restrictions), you may choose to:

• Transfer your booking to a future date, or

• Receive a journey credit equal to amounts paid, valid for two (2) years

Journey credits are non‑refundable but may be applied to any future retreat date within the credit window.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance—including trip cancellation, interruption, medical, and evacuation coverage—to protect your investment.

Yes. All rooms and suites are intentionally selected for tranquility and privacy. Pricing is provided for both single‑occupancy and double‑occupancy accommodations. In some destinations, a limited number of shared rooms may be available; if so, those options will be clearly outlined in the proposal you receive.
