The Founders

The Women Behind the Care, Integrity, and Intention of Soulcraft Journeys

Choosing a journey isn’t just a logistical decision, it’s a deeply personal one.

Especially if you’re someone who:

  • Holds a lot of responsibility

  • Is used to being the steady one

  • And rarely has space to be fully supported yourself

This page is here to help you feel clear, confident, and grounded in deciding whether this is the right space for you.

Designed with care from start to finish

Soulcraft Journeys is intentionally small, deliberate, and thoughtfully facilitated.

You can expect:

  • Small group sizes that prioritize depth and safety

  • Days that feel spacious, not rushed or overfilled, so your body can actually settle

  • Invitational experiences, never compulsory

  • Respect for boundaries, without requiring explanation

We design every journey with the understanding that how an experience unfolds matters just as much as what takes place.

What Actually Happens Inside a Journey

Space and structure that allows you to:

  • Unplug → from roles, noise, expectations

  • Unravel → patterns, pressure, internal tension

  • Remember → who you are beneath it all

  • Return → with clarity, intention, and self-trust

How we lead

Holding Space Without Pressure or Performance

As founders and facilitators, we do not position ourselves as gurus or authorities over your experience.

Our role is simple and intentional:

  • To create the space for emotional safety

  • To provide clear, steady structure aligned with your intention

  • To honor your autonomy and inner wisdom

We believe the most meaningful growth happens when women feel steady enough to listen to themselves.

Janet Diaz

Co-founder & Experience Architect

Janet is the grounding force behind the intentional design of every Soulcraft Journey. With nearly 30 years of experience leading and scaling high‑performing teams in the IT industry, she brings a unique ability to blend structure with spaciousness, ensuring each experience flows with clarity, ease, and emotional safety.

Inspired by a lifelong, personal connection to healing and resilience, Janet creates environments where women can slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. Her work bridges practical leadership with soulful presence, shaping journeys that feel both thoughtfully held and deeply transformative.

Janet’s presence supports women who value:

  • Thoughtful organization without rigidity

  • Calm, steady leadership

  • Experiences that feel grounded, supportive, and restorative

Ivette Diaz

Co-founder & Journey Designer

Ivette brings a rich foundation in the travel industry, with years of experience curating seamless, meaningful journeys. Her intuitive wisdom, grounded presence, and firsthand experience in wellness retreats infuse Soulcraft Journeys with heart, hospitality, and a deep commitment to emotional safety.

Shaped by her own path of slowing down and turning inward, Ivette creates spaces where women can soften, reflect, and reconnect without pressure to perform or have it all figured out. Her approach is both intuitive and steady, offering gentle guidance while honoring each woman’s inner wisdom.

Through her presence, every experience feels not only beautiful and restorative, but also safe, supportive, and deeply nourishing.

Women often describe Ivette as someone who:

  • Creates immediate emotional safety

  • Listens deeply and responds with care

  • Guides with trust in each woman’s inner knowing

Based on Lived Experience

This work is not abstract for us.

We understand personally what it means to:

  • Carry responsibility for others

  • Be the one who “has it together”

  • Push past exhaustion before realizing it’s time to pause

That lived understanding allows us to meet women with nuance, empathy, and respect, without assumptions or expectations.

A Continuum of Care

Before, During, and After the Journey

Trust is built through consistency.

  • Before: Clear communication, gentle preparation, no overwhelm

  • During: Present facilitation, steady pacing, emotional safety

  • After: Integration support and ongoing connection

Soulcraft Journeys is not designed as a one‑time experience, it’s a supportive continuum that respects real life.

Our Promise to You

We make a quiet but firm promise to every woman who enters a Soulcraft space:

  • You will not be pressured into vulnerability

  • You will not be asked to change who you are

  • You will be met with care, steadiness, and respect

This promise guides every decision we make.

Dear beautiful soul,

We created Soulcraft Journeys because we understand what it means to be capable, committed, and outwardly steady while quietly craving more intention, space, and alignment.

We reached a point where pushing through was no longer sustainable. Where rest was no longer optional.

Where we realized that self‑prioritization is not indulgence, it is truly essential.

Soulcraft Journeys was born from that truth.

We didn’t set out to build a flashy retreat brand.

We didn’t create Soulcraft Journeys to impress. ‍

We set out to create a space that felt calm, grounded, and genuinely supportive, the kind of space we were searching for ourselves.

If you’ve been quietly searching for something like this too, you’re likely in the right place.
