Soulcraft Journeys was founded by sisters Janet and Ivette Diaz - two women who understand, intimately, the tension of being capable, reliable, and outwardly successful while slowly losing connection to themselves.

They didn’t create Soulcraft Journeys from theory. They created it from experience.

A shared understanding of high responsibility

Janet and Ivette know what it means to be the one others depend on.

To lead teams.
To make things work.
To hold responsibility, professionally and personally, often without space to rest or recalibrate.

Like many professional women, they moved through demanding careers while carrying invisible weight: family trauma, burnout, chronic and autoimmune illness, and the persistent sense that something essential was being lost along the way.

Outward momentum continued.
Inner clarity did not.

It was only when they paused, intentionally, that things began to change.

Janet

Janet brings over twenty years of experience leading high‑performing teams in the IT industry. She is known for her ability to lead through change, develop people, and cultivate values‑driven cultures in complex environments.

Alongside her corporate leadership career, Janet has studied and explored a wide range of holistic and research‑supported healing modalities. She distilled what truly worked, what honored both structure and humanity, into what is now the Soulcraft Framework™, the foundation of every Soulcraft Journey.

Her presence ensures that Soulcraft Journeys experiences are grounded, intentional, and respectful of women’s intelligence and autonomy.

Ivette

Ivette brings a rich background in the travel industry, with years of experience curating seamless, meaningful journeys. Her intuitive wisdom, grounded presence, and firsthand experience participating in wellness retreats shape the emotional tone of Soulcraft Journeys.

Ivette anchors each experience with warmth, hospitality, and deep attention to emotional safety, ensuring that stillness, beauty, and care are felt, not just promised.

We created Soulcraft Journeys because we know what it feels like to move through life achieving so much, while slowly losing connection to yourself.

We’ve carried responsibility, navigated demanding careers, cared for others, and managed our own health challenges all while feeling that quiet longing for clarity, spaciousness, and deeper meaning.

It wasn’t until we paused, intentionally, that we heard our inner voices again.

That pause reminded us of something essential:
Every woman holds extraordinary wisdom within her.
