Meet the Founders
Soulcraft Journeys was founded by sisters Janet and Ivette Diaz, whose shared experiences with trauma, burnout, and personal awakening shaped a clear mission: to create intentional, culturally rooted retreat experiences where women return to themselves with clarity, grounding, and purpose.
Together, they bring a rare blend of professional expertise, lived wisdom, and deep emotional intelligence to the Soulcraft Journeys experience.
A shared calling rooted in shared experience
Both founders know what it means to appear successful on the outside while feeling disconnected on the inside. Their healing journeys — influenced by family experiences with trauma, demanding careers, and the search for deeper meaning — led them to the restorative power of nature, community, and intentional travel.
What began as a path toward their own balance became a calling to guide other women toward renewal.
Two Paths, One Unified Vision
Janet
With more than twenty years of experience leading high-performing teams in the IT industry, Janet is recognized for her ability to develop people, lead through change, and cultivate values-driven cultures. Alongside her corporate leadership career, she has studied and tried holistic modalities as well as a wide range of scientifically supported healing methodologies and distilled them into the Soulcraft Framework™, the foundation of every Soulcraft Journey.
Ivette
Ivette brings a rich background in the travel industry, having spent years as a travel agent curating meaningful, seamless journeys. Her intuitive wisdom, grounded presence, and firsthand experience participating in wellness retreats anchor Soulcraft Journeys with heart, hospitality, and a deep understanding of what creates true emotional safety. Through her guidance, every Soulcraft experience offers not only stillness and beauty, but also safety, depth, and soul‑level nourishment.
Janet and Ivette blend their strengths—leadership and healing, structure and intuition—to create Soulcraft Journeys. Their shared vision shapes every experience with cultural depth, emotional safety, clarity, and genuine transformation.

Dear Beautiful Soul,
We created Soulcraft Journeys because we know what it feels like to move through life achieving so much, yet slowly losing connection to yourself. We’ve carried responsibility, cared for others, and navigated demanding careers all while managing our own autoimmune and chronic illness, and feeling that quiet longing for clarity, spaciousness, and deeper meaning.
We’ve lived that.
It wasn’t until we paused, sought healing environments, and reconnected with nature and community that we heard our inner voices again. That shift revealed that women everywhere deserve access to this same depth of restoration, to an experience that honors the whole person: body, mind, spirit, and story.
Soulcraft Journeys was born from that truth.
Our retreats — our journeys — are created with care, integrity, and the belief that every woman holds extraordinary wisdom within her. We simply provide the safe space where that wisdom can rise, gently and powerfully.
