Yes. All rooms and suites are intentionally selected for tranquility and privacy. Pricing is provided for both single‑occupancy and double‑occupancy accommodations; those options will be clearly outlined in the proposal you receive.

With all the planning and hosting expertly handled by Soulcraft Journeys, you can simply relax and enjoy the experience together. Just note your connection in your application and ask your friend or family member to do the same, so we know to welcome you side by side.

It depends on whether the journey is a Restore, an Awaken or an Explore journey. We host an intimate group of 12 to up to 20 women, creating a spacious, calm, and thoughtfully personalized experience.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Our policies are designed to protect the integrity of our intimate, small‑group experiences while offering transparency, ease, and peace of mind.
Deposit & Confirmation
A 25% non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. This deposit reflects our advance commitments to boutique venues and specialist providers and is applied toward your total journey investment.
Final Balance
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the journey start date.
If the final balance is not received by the due date, your reservation may be cancelled.Guest Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email. The effective date of cancellation is the date your written notice is received.
More than 90 days prior to departure
Deposit remains non-refundable
All additional payments will be refunded
45–89 days prior to departure
75% of the Total Journey Investment is non-refundable
Any payments exceeding 75% will be refunded
44 days or fewer prior to departure
100% non-refundable
Name Changes & Transfers
You may transfer your booking to another individual for the same Retreat up to 7 days prior to departure, subject to:
Written approval
Supplier restrictions
The original Participant remains financially responsible until transfer is completed.
We reserve the right to deny any transfer request that cannot be reasonably accommodated.
Rescheduling or Cancellation by Us
In the rare event we must cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, venue closures, or government restrictions), you may choose to:
Transfer your booking to a future date, or
Receive a journey credit equal to amounts paid, valid for two (2) years
Journey credits are non‑refundable but may be applied to any future retreat date within the credit window.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance—including trip cancellation, interruption, medical, and evacuation coverage—to protect your investment.
