Janet Diaz spent more than 25 years leading in the technology industry, most recently at Apple, working in high-performance environments and understanding firsthand the pressures many accomplished women face.
Her experience revealed something many successful women share: achievement alone doesn't create fulfillment. Intentional pauses, meaningful reflection, and supportive community are essential to sustainable success.
Ivette Diaz brings extensive experience designing personalized travel experiences and creating seamless, thoughtfully curated journeys that allow guests to fully relax and focus on themselves, not logistics.
